This was my second time using them, and after having such an amazing experience the first time, I knew there was absolutely nowhere else I wanted to take my second car. Eric and Diane are truly some of the most humble, trustworthy, and genuine people you will ever meet. Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to walk you through every step of the process, making sure you understand exactly what is happening with your vehicle. He goes above and beyond for his customers and will even go toe-to-toe with the insurance company when necessary to make sure you receive what you deserve. Eric and his team repaired my 2019 Ram 1500. As always they did an amazing job on it. This is the only body shop I will ever use in Erie. Their attention to detail and customer service is top tier. Eric repairs your vehicle to OEM specifications and not to just what the insurance company wants. He is not afraid to go toe to toe with the insurance company to do your repair correctly.

I owned my car less than a month when some distracted driver smashed into it while it was parked on the street. Took it to Eric and as always, he did a BEAUTIFUL job repairing it! This is the second time I've taken a car to Eric for body damage and each time, he has made the car look better than new. He is a true perfectionist; you won't get shortcut-work or cheap corner-cutting from him. He is a stickler for "doing it right" and it shows in every aspect of his work. I was worried that he'd have trouble matching Nissan's "monarch orange" paint on my car in repairing it, but it matches perfectly! You'd never know it looked like the first picture by looking at the second one!

Eric was AMAZING and did the best job on keeping the price of my repairs low. Phenomenal service and at a good pace where they didn't keep the car too long. Highly recommend coming here for any auto shop repairs!

Platinum did an absolutely fantastic job throughout the entire process of getting our Soul Red CX-5 fixed from a fender bender. Eric was great to work with as he explained the process and what was needed to return the vehicle to it's former condition, which was pretty good. Scheduling was an ease with Diane and the car was fixed quickly. I am a car guy who is rather particular and critical about his vehicle's condition. I would recommend Platinum for any auto body needs you have. Soul Red is a challenge and it looks great. I hope I am not a return customer, but if I am I know the car will be right
